Hello, sunshine!
You woke me this morning,
spreading your sun over my face,
through my beautiful dreams,
over my budding hope,
allowing me to
start the day
with happiness.
Bright ray that you are,
you sail into my sky
and ever keep me from darkness,
easing my heart
with your warm touching.
I shine in you.
And into the window of your light,
I arise, smiling.
