I've been waiting here across the miles
Hoping that times shall change our tears into smiles
Feeling sorry about every word that hurt you deeply
Every time I wrenched your heart thoughtlessly
May I ask for one more chance- one more time...

You know it's just like me to be tempered
To fling words and then feel quite severed
I always thought you knew me so well,
That things would fall in place...get back to normal,
Can't we love just once more- yet another time...?

How much time is lost in thought...
How much love- despite faith makes us so distraught
Don't you hear my heart wail in despair
saying, "I'm sorry, I won't let you down any longer"
Just let me love you once more...just one more time...
