Oft' Time

All things shall pass
that times does bring.
Memories fade and
and new chimes sing.
Mighty moments in
our lives that time
alone cannot disguise.

Time shall pass
and so shall I.
In between time
I will not cry.
I know time is
the wicked thief,
causing pain,
sometimes relief.

We can deal with
molded feelings,
not those figures
on a dial; though
they crave
satisfaction,
Sometimes waiting
is in style!

Oft' times hours,
oft' times months,
those tedious years
go slowly by.
Oft' times they are
truthful.
Oft' times they do lie.
So little eases pain
with rhyme...
But all things lessen,
given
