Moonlight Gift

My sweet song
sing to me
as a sweet prayer upon my lips
relinquish my heart
and set it free-

If love is forever
and heartbeats chase the wind
then nothing even death
could separate our souls or sever-

We will dance unto the stars
and cast our freedom to the shores
we will embrace each other hand in hand
and walk as one forevermore-
