Chase The Stars

If stars were born
and knew not what to say
do you think within your soul
they would surely find their way-

For light is within your truth
moonlight lace to dreams
given unto guiltless skies
wisdom need not know why-

Teardrop's chase the sun
and rivers sing to me
held between the knowledge
of life's reality-

So give unto me the night
of wanton, bloodless skies
etched upon the mirror
reason need not know why-
