Unloading My Burdens

I'm unloading all my burdens
In the sea of forgetfulness.
I'm casting all my cares away
And relying on God for rest.

He alone can comfort me,
And free me from distress.
He alone can give me peace,
And take away this stress.

So one by one into the sea,
I'll toss my burdens there.
I'll let God handle each one of them.
Not one will I bare.

My trust and faith, I'll put in Him.
For there's nothing He can't do.
I know I can depend on Him,
And guess what?
You can, too.
