Silver Wings...
The angel said to them, "Do not be afraid.
I bring you good news of great joy." --Luke 2:10
Christmas angels alight
from their home afar,
and soar with silver wings
through the wondrous stars.
Heaven's sweetest music,
to earth they bring,
to spread the joy
of the newborn King.
Listen carefully, and you'll
hear them sing Noel.
Look around, and you'll
see their light reflected
in man's goodwill.
Thank you for being
my very own angel,
and for keeping the
spirit of Christmas
alive in my heart.
