What is PMS?

relaxing bath,
or to watch
a favorite movie.
Think of it as a time
to celebrate the small
things in life
that bring you happiness--
like chocolate.
Eat all of the
mouth-watering chocolate
you can get your hands on.
It makes PMS so much
easier to cope with.
And above all,
remember that PMS doesn't
last forever.
