There are no words to express
our deep sense of sorrow about
the many brave firemen, policemen,
and EMS technicians who were
lost or injured during the tragedy.

And we could never thank them enough
for the heroic things they did,
and for the sacrifices they've
made for their fellow man.

They're this country's finest and bravest,
true heroes in every sense of the word.

They've helped keep the American
spirit alive in a time of chaos
and have shown us that by banding
together, we're strong.

Through their brave acts,
they've revealed the true meaning
of love and compassion.

We will always think of
these brave souls
as a shining light
during our darkest hour.

And though words could never be
enough to express our appreciation,
let's thank them anyway.
