Leaving Home...
My son packed his bags
and went out into the
world today.
So please be kind to him.
He's not perfect,
and he has much to learn.
He leaves the lights on,
and he forgets to
take out the trash.
And he'd rather have fun
than take life seriously.
But though he's a man now,
he's still a boy too,
and sometimes, he just doesn't
know what to do.
So if you meet him,
go easy on him,
because he has a mother
who loves him,
a mother who has faith
that he'll find his way.
