In this troubled world,
it's good to find,
that there's still someone
out there who's caring and kind;

someone who's not afraid
to reach out to one in need,
with a thoughtful word
or a kindly deed;

someone who's eager to
share the blessings from above
and spread heaven's gift
of warmth and love;

someone who's heart is
pure enough to believe
that it's better to give
than it is to receive.



And so every night
I'll say a prayer
in hopes there's always someone
like you out there.
