As I took in the
beauty of the waterfall,
I knew that God was there.
I needed no church or bible
to feel his love and care.
The gentle flow of the water
made me forget my pain;
for I was witnessing a miracle
in a place where
peace would ever reign.
I listened to his music
and knew no fear,
the melody of the water
a symphony to my ears.
As I took in the beauty
of the waterfall
something became clear--
I knew that God
would always be near.
