We've shared the
tears and joys
of each new day;
we've laughed together,
grown together,
dreamed together,
and prayed for each other;
and we've done all
of these things,
because we're friends.
And this New Year's,
when I celebrate
the good things that
have passed and the
great things to come,
I'll remember you
and celebrate the joy
I've found in
