It's a sparkling new year,
and a whole new me,
for I can make the year
what I want it to be.
I can move ahead,
for the way is clear,
and realize my dreams,
in the bright new year.
I will seek the hidden beauty,
see beyond the stars
that are shown,
take the beauty
that's all around me
and make it my own.
For I will find hope
through rain or shine,
send a dream to the stars
